Bilingual intake for South Florida law firms

Cookie Policy

What legalcrm.pro sets in your browser today, and what changes once the firm booking system goes live.

Last updated: August 2026 · Counsel review pending. See the note at the end of this page.

1. What this policy covers

This page describes cookies and similar technologies used by the legalcrm.pro marketing website, the pages you are reading now. It does not cover the firm workspace inside the application our platform provider operates, which subscribed attorneys and staff log into to run their intake system; that application runs on the provider’s own infrastructure and is covered by the provider’s own cookie and privacy disclosures, not this page. The provider is named in Section 11 of the Terms of Use.

2. What this site sets today

Analytics. Every page of this site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-PR7VSCB98D), which sets first-party cookies in your browser (_ga and _ga_*, typically for up to two years) to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. We use it to see which pages people read and where they arrive from. We do not run advertising against it, and nothing about a client ever passes through it, this is the marketing site, not a firm workspace. Google acts as our processor for this data and describes its own handling in its privacy notice for partner sites.

Booking. The consultation pages at /demo/ and /es/demo/ embed a scheduling calendar served by our platform provider from its own domain (api.leadconnectorhq.com). That embed can set its own cookies, under the provider’s policies rather than ours, and it loads only on those two pages. Apart from the analytics tag above, that embed, and the web fonts described below, nothing on this site loads from a third party. If that changes we will update this page before the change ships, not after.

3. The consultation booking flow

The scheduling calendar embedded on the consultation pages may set its own functional cookie to hold your session while you pick a time, and it collects the name, contact details, and answers you enter into it. That data goes to our platform provider and to us, and is handled under the Privacy Policy. The provider is identified in Section 11 of the Terms of Use, and we will document exactly what it sets here once it is in production, rather than describing a cookie that does not exist yet.

4. Managing cookies in your browser

Every major browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies through its settings, and most offer a private or incognito window that discards them when you close it. Blocking them costs you nothing here: no cookie on this site is load-bearing, so with all of them refused you can still read every page and submit the consultation form. Blocking the analytics cookies described in Section 2, or any tracker blocker or content blocker that stops googletagmanager.com from loading, simply leaves your visit out of our reports. If a future feature does depend on a cookie to work, we will say so in the relevant section above.

5. “Do Not Track” and similar signals

The analytics tag described in Section 2 does not currently read “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals, so sending one does not by itself keep a visit out of our reports. We would rather say that plainly than imply a control we have not built. What does work today is blocking it at the browser: refuse cookies for this site, or use any blocker that stops googletagmanager.com from loading, and nothing is recorded. We do not sell or rent site data to anyone, and we will revisit this section if we begin honoring these signals directly.

6. Changes to this policy

We will update this page any time what the site actually sets changes. The date at the top reflects the last substantive revision, and this page is the source of truth over any general statement elsewhere on the site.
